Mr. Ezekiel Maro is a Livestock Officer at Tanzania Livestock Research Institute (TALIRI). He holds a Bachelor in Animal Science from Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA). Currently pursuing MSc. In Tropical Animal Production at Sokoine University of Agriculture in the Department of Animal, Aquaculture and Range Sciences.
Mr. Ezekiel is an Animal Nutritionist with over ten years of experience in Livestock Production Systems in Tanzania, with a focus on livestock and meat value chains. I started my career as a livestock extensionist at Mvomero DC with a focus on livestock production. I added my skills in animal nutrition, focusing on large ruminants’ feeds and feedings systems in the tropics, and further in the similar area by looking at beef, pork and poultry production. I am currently working at the interface of research and development in the public and private sector.
