Thomas Charles Amede

Mr Thomas Charles Amede is an MSc graduate in Aquaculture from Zhejiang Ocean University (2020), China, majoring in Aquaculture nutrition. Prior to his Master degree, he was educated and trained at the University of Dar es Salaam in the course of Fisheries and Aquaculture. He is currently working as an assistant lecturer at Sokoine University of Agriculture under the Department of Animal, Aquaculture and Range Sciences, offering various courses including Aquaculture production systems, Reproductive Biology, Limnology, Fish biology and diversity to Undergraduate students. He is supervising about 28 undergraduates in various field of researches from Aquaculture sciences. He has been an independent Aquaculture consultant and has been able to participate in various Radio and Television educational programs about Aquaculture including ITV, TBC FM, Star TV, East Africa Radio.
Apart from his profession, he is an inspired growing leader with a vision to travel around the world impacting lives as an educator, book’s author, lecturer, preacher and public speaker in areas of self development, relationships, family and purpose driven life. He is an author of two books named; “The purpose of life, vision and discipline” and “The great China; A disaster that turned out to be a paradise”.
