The College offers consultancy and advisory services through the Bureau for Agricultural Consultancy and Advisory Services (BACAS) designed primarily to assist Government, Parastatals, Training institutions, Agricultural enterprises, Villages, Manufacturers, Non-governmental and international organizations working in Tanzania and the SADC region
