On 03rd June 2021, the students pursuing Bachelor of Community Development (BCD) conducted the first CDA General Meeting. They managed to establish CDA (Community Development Association) to promote the community development as well as agricultural extension profession on campus. The students are of opinion that community development, as a practice and professional field, encourages popular participation.
And that the students prioritize it. In their first meeting they discussed and shared ideas with the members about the general direction of the association including the mission and the vision of the association. They also had a question-and-answer session where members were given free rein to question the motives of the association and by doing so suggest what ought to be done by the association in fulfilling its objectives.
