This is part of the efforts in the implementation of the SC Convention on POPs, UNIDO and Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) will hold its second symposium and workshop from 03-07 October, 2016 at TUT Faculty of Science Auditorium, Pretoria, South Africa. The objective of the workshop is to train the participants on liquid and solid sample extraction and analysis of POPs as well as data analysis and interpretation of the samples using LC-MS and GC-MS. The minimum academic requirement for participation is a BSc degree in chemical, biological or environmental sciences.
